Many large jurisdictions, Pierce County included, run in-house drone programs for recurring
inspection work. Anchorpoint doesn’t compete with those programs. The company supplements
them during surge workload, supports capital projects that fall outside the program’s
standard scope, and serves smaller cities and special-purpose districts that don’t have
an internal UAS capability.
Deliverables are built to drop into the GIS environment local government teams already use.
GeoTIFF orthomosaic, LAS/LAZ point cloud, digital surface model, and 3D model viewable in a
browser. All referenced to Washington State Plane (NAD83/HARN, EPSG:2927) and NAVD88 with
GEOID18.
For procurement, Anchorpoint is NAICS 541370 primary (Surveying and Mapping Services), with
SAM.gov registration in progress and SDVOSB certification pending through SBA VetCert. Once
certifications are complete, set-aside eligibility opens for federal and state procurement
paths that flow through local jurisdictions.
